OVEN TUNA


Special thanks to my dear mother for the suggestion. 
This is a quick recipe, delicious and satisfying! Can be adapted for both lunch
as for dinner. The dish has a combination of quality protein, vegetables and
healthy fats.

ingredients
1 sliced onion seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil
1 thin sliced tomatoes, seasoned alike.
2-3 cans of tuna without oil mixed with 2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce soup
you prefer.
Add parsley, olives, olive oil and salt to taste.
(Optional) 1 raw potato thin sliced, seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Recalling that potatoes, although natural, is a dense and simple carbohydrates. you
can opt for sweet potatoes if you like the mixture of flavors, or not add potatoes
no.
(Optional) goat cheese cubes or similar.
preparation
If you have added potatoes, add the slices first in form. Otherwise put
Sliced Tomatoes at the bottom and tuna mixed with the rest from above.
Bake for 30 minutes with the form covered with aluminum foil. Remove the paper in
end to give a golden.
Enjoy the taste of a complete and healthy meal!
