TUNA-TUM


This is a convenient option and
nutritious for dinner and lunch! you can
replace the tuna sardines by if you prefer. the
vegetable options are just suggestions, you
you can add your preferences.



ingredients
1 can of tuna in water (avoid tuna in oil)
1 chopped carrot (optional)
1 chopped onion
50g of peas
1 tablespoon tomato paste
Salt, oregano and black pepper to taste
(Optional) You can add brown rice or sweet potatoes (but, in general, avoid it in
dinner)
preparation
In a saucepan, add the tuna and tomato paste, stir to dilute (add a
little water). Add the vegetables, mix and finally add salt, oregano and pepper
kingdom to taste. Simple, fast and super nutritious!
