SUPER TUNA SALAD


This is another easy, convenient and tasty option
for snacks and even for lunch and
dinner.
The result is a protein combination
quality, good fats, fiber,
nutritious carbohydrates and vitamins.

ingredients
1 can of tuna in water
½ avocado sliced into strips
2-3 tablespoons of a mixture of nuts / nuts / seeds (sunflower seed,
walnuts, flaxseed, cashew nuts, Brazil nuts, almonds, etc., whichever)
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
white cheese cubes or goat
½ chopped and 30g Apple blueberries (optional)
Salt to taste
preparation
Simply mix everything in a saucer or bowl and add salt to taste.
